My pilates journey started when I attended a few classes in London. I quickly found a passion for the discipline and so trained with Michael King in 1999 to gain my formal pilates qualification. Since then, I have developed my own craft by training under Stott Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates and many other courses over the years.
In 2013, While teaching a class, I suffered a major injury and needed extensive rehab to help recover. It was during this period of time that my passion for Mind and Body classes grew. I decided to undertake a 200 hour intensive yoga training course which included going to Croatia for 4 weeks to train in Vinyasa yoga.
