Our foundation is

Pilates and Yoga

My pilates journey started when I attended a few classes in London. I quickly found a passion for the discipline and so trained with Michael King in 1999 to gain my formal pilates qualification. Since then, I have developed my own craft by training under Stott Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates and many other courses over the years.

In 2013, While teaching a class, I suffered a major injury and needed extensive rehab to help recover. It was during this period of time that my passion for Mind and Body classes grew. I decided to undertake a 200 hour intensive yoga training course which included going to Croatia for 4 weeks to train in Vinyasa yoga.

Classes for all
Yoga can be practiced by almost anyone regardless of your age, shape or fitness level. My classes are tailored to cover all levels from beginners to advanced, giving you chance to develop and improve at your own pace.
